Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.99 via USPS First Class.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Items must be unused, uncut, and in original condition. Bodies that have been trimmed, painted, or mounted are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Email support@viciousrc.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
